How much are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat fee of ₹85 for Standard Shipping. We partner with courier agencies who are fast, reliable, and trustworthy who will ensure deliveries of our products with care and safety.

How will my order be packaged?

We pack our products with utmost care using the highest level of protective packaging, thus ensuring safe deliveries of products. All our products are packed in envelopes with protective bubble wrap.

How can I access the invoice for my products?

A hard copy of the Tax Invoice will be shipped with the product.

What will be my shipping and delivery time?

Art prints will be ready to ship in 2-3 business days.

Preserved (framed) art prints will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Deliveries will take 5-7 business days.

Please allow extra time for deliveries in the states with lockdown rules.

How can I exchange or return defective products?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can send us a mail on info@tlcindia.co within 3 working days of receiving the product with issue and images of the product.
